A Note From Eilish...
Overwhelmed. Burnt out. Failing.
That was me 5 years ago.
To the outside world I was a successful executive at Goldman Sachs, earning multiple 6-figure bonuses, mum to three gorgeous kids, and married to my soulmate. But on the inside I was overwhelmed and fading. A career that no longer fulfilled my needs, making choices out of sync with my values, and watching the adventurous, fun-loving me slip away.
This program is personal for me, and I have designed it to help women navigate their transition with confidence and support.
I'm an accredited coach with 20 years of business experience, and and I have spent the last 5 years working with top experts in psychology, coaching, and wellbeing to understand the levers of change and fulfilment. I've coached hundreds of women in leadership, and have poured the best of all of this into The Pivot Series.
